View the Library System's FY27 RFP

Question - 11/19/25

For your current RFP, we are around the Treutlen County Library as we are serving county offices.  We serve from East Dublin down through Vidalia, but not your other locations.  Can we submit a proposal for just this location?

We always start with evaluating proposals that are able to meet the needs stated in our RFP and the scoring matrix within. If we don't receive any workable proposals that cover all five counties, we would move on to considering proposals for each county individually. We would appreciate it if you clearly stated any accompanying parts of the RFP you are unable to provide, as well - if your company doesn't provide firewall services or content filtering, for example, we would need to know that as well. We have used an ISP that just provides a pipeline before, and we may have to again, and more options to evaluate are always nice. Thank you for your interest, and we will totally understand if you would rather not submit a proposal under these circumstances.

Question - 11/8/21

  1. How many copies of our proposal should be mailed?

  2. Many mail carriers will not deliver to P.O. boxes. May proposals be shipped to the 801 Bellevue Avenue, Dublin, GA address listed in the Form 470?

Response:

Thanks for your questions! Only one copy of your proposal is necessary - we’ll scan or make copies here. We don’t want to make it burdensome for vendors. Thank you! As for the second question, of course, shipping to our street address is perfectly acceptable if our PO Box will not accept the kind of package you’re shipping. Thank you for your questions and please drop me a line using the form we have now linked above if you have any further questions!
