Administrative Assistant

The Laurens County Library is seeking applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager and the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the business office. The starting salary is $16 per hour. Benefits include State Health Insurance and Flexible Benefits, Annual Leave, and enrollment in the Teacher's Retirement System of Georgia. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is needed. Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, is required. Effective writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
