Dublin Talking Books Center Service Area The Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped in Dublin serves a thirteen-county and three-library region.  The area includes:  Ocmulgee Regional Library, headquartered in Eastman and serving Bleckley, Dodge, Pulaski, Telfair, Wheeler, and Wilcox Counties.  Oconee Regional Library, headquartered in Dublin and serving Johnson, Laurens, Treutlen, and Washington Counties.  Ohoopee Regional Library, headquartered in Vidalia and serving Montgomery, Tattnall, and Toombs Counties.  Find another local subregional library!
