The materials are provided by the Library of Congress, National Library Service for the Blind & Physically Handicapped (NLS), to eligible visually and physically handicapped persons. All reading material and equipment is sent to borrowers and returned by postage-free mail. If you feel you are eligable for this service, please read and complete our application.
